All the staff were so friendly and helpful when we arrived. We immediately were offered a free upgrade on our room which was a lovely surprise. The room was fantastic with everything we needed, clean and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of choice. I was a bit worried about noise being so close to the airport but the rooms are very well sound proofed you can hardly hear the planes at all!

The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean! The bed was very comfy and the shower quite powerful and plenty of hot water. The swimming pool was great, all very clean, and lovely & warm! We would recommend and stay again! Our little boy also loved watching the planes landing!

From check in to check out the stay at this hotel was perfect, Matt on reception was amazing, checked in early so we could use the pool facilites, such a lovely gent to talk to as well.. the room was of a very standard and water in the fridge was a lovely touch.. Breakfast was out of this world, such a selection to cater everyone and fresh cooked extra if you wanted.. elissa and katheryn ( hope i spelt them right ) we're very good and again very friendly to look after us. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel even for the staff alone. Raddison you have some gems working for you..

The staff were exceptional—helpful, friendly, and laid-back. The room was clean, the shower was great, and the bed was really comfortable. Room service was fast and available 24/7, which was super convenient. There's a large car park, plus a swimming pool and gym, so everything I needed was on hand with excellent service throughout. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant or bar, but it looked like everyone there was enjoying themselves.

The hotel is excellent. The room was very modern and a good size. Large comfortable bed. The food was extremely tastefull if a little expensive. The staff were really friendly and helpfull. Nice swimming pool with warmish water just right. We will almost certainly stay there again.

The overall experience was excellent, all of the staff couldn't have been more helpful, the room was great and the breakfast was delicious. One of my co-workers has severe allergies and she was so impressed by how the staff looked after her and managed this; she said for the first time when eating out, she felt at ease.

Breakfast -great choices, everything replenished when stocks were running low. Hot food was hot, bread & pastry products fresh. Coffee served hot not luke warm. Staff excellent too. Restaurant food was excellent too. One particular member of staff was so professional, attentive, pleasant, lovely. I made specific mention to one of the senior staff on duty in the restaurant. You need to keep hold of this guy as in my opinion he belongs somewhere like Claridges. All the staff were brilliant but he shone. Our room was immaculate, lots of room to move around in and had everything we needed.In general I loved the fresh modern feel of the entire hotel. It was a busy weekend for the staff but they coped fantastically. We we concerned being near the airport it would be noisy but not at all. It was actually peaceful and we enjoyed a nice evening walk around the hotel surroundings.

A few minutes away from the airport and offering a free shuttle service . Great hotel with a lovely open plan reception / bar area and seating , good restaurant on site - we really felt we already on holiday when we arrived ! The room was huge and well furnished and there is also a pool/ sauna and gym too plus spa I believe too . The pool was really refreshing after a day at work and was clean and well laid-out . We really liked this hotel and would recommend highly . Noise reduction measures worked well as we didn’t hear much air noise considering we were really close .

It was very handy for the airport. I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked lovely. The room was spacious, quiet and very clean. The temperature of the room was easily controlled and just right. The staff were very helpful in general. The food was good with a nice selection for breakfast.
